How does PirateBrowser work? The TOR Network?

I need to disguise the IP address that is seen by Internet forums, how
can I do that?

Long story short: CNN was very strict and they banned me for the rest of
my natural life, for things that I wrote which are completely acceptable
today. At that point the word s-e-x was banned!

I have tried free IP proxy (?) sites and they suck.

Not only me but:

- Nobody in the company where I work can participate in CNN or
Washington Post Forums

- Nobody in my 500-apartment complex, either.

Their "solution" was rather Draconian and I really don't have the time
to contact them and deal with some Soup Nazi.
